









Brunched at the Hotel Roosevelt’s Public Kitchen and Bar. The ambiance was uber chic and chill. And believe it or not, I had the best grapefruit juice there. Saturday was my “cheat” day, so I savored every bite with guilt and I enjoyed every minute of it!
- Appetizers:
- Crab cakes with feuilles des brik / espelette aioli
- Summer corn soup with pork belly / curried lebneh
- Neapolitan with a poached egg
- Main courses:
- Public burger with 4 year cheddar / bacon / roasted tomato jam / hatch green chile / roasted mushrooms / hand cut kennebec fries
- Diver scallops with zucchini risotto / mint mascarpone
- Marinated steak salad with savoy cabbage / red onion / toasted rice vinaigrette
- Market berries
- Dessert
- Salted caramel and chocolate pudding with butterscotch cookie (holy smokes this was delicious!!!)
