After trekking over 1,300 steps to see the Zhinan Temple, we took the Maokong Gondola back home. I'm not afraid of heights but this ride was nerve-wracking.

It's normal to wear face masks in Taiwan. I wear it when I'm sick and in areas where there's a crowd (especially at the night markets). In this case, JC ordered up some stinking tofu. It's a delicacy and national dish here.
