I spent Friday morning and afternoon running errands with JC and PM (who's in town on vacation). It was a mandatory day off from work (since I maxed out on my PTO) and instead of resting up and enjoying my day off, I spent it driving the guys all around town. We actually had a pleasant lunch at Gastronomico. Gastronomico started out as a food truck but finally set their roots in Los Feliz.
Ecuadorian pulled pork sandwich with pickled red onions, cilantro and garlic aioli
Seared tuna with cherry tomatoes, zucchini, squash, kale and pesto
Farmed egg omelette with market vegetables, herbs and cheese
Crispy Yukon golds potatoes with garlic aioli and dill
